This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and ZERRRO (“Licensor”) regarding the software product DRUMBOOSTER, including its plugin files, installers, documentation, and any updates provided (“Software”).

By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on:

up to two (2) computers owned and operated by the User.
The Software may be used for commercial and non-commercial audio production.

2. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold.
All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Licensor.
This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the source code.

3. Restrictions

The User may not:

distribute, share, rent, lease, sublicense, or sell the Software or license key (if applicable)

reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to access the source code

distribute unauthorized copies of the plugin or installer

remove or alter copyright notices or branding

The User may make one backup copy for personal use.

4. Updates

Licensor may provide updates or bug fixes.
Updates may be subject to additional terms.
Licensor is not obligated to provide ongoing updates or new features.

5. No Warranty

The Software is provided “as is”, without any warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to:

fitness for a particular purpose

compatibility with specific hardware, operating systems, or DAWs

uninterrupted or error-free operation

The User assumes all responsibility for the use of the Software.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Licensor be liable for:

lost profits or revenue

data loss

business interruption

any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Licensor’s total liability shall not exceed the amount the User paid for the Software.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically if the User:

violates any terms of this Agreement

distributes unauthorized copies of the Software

Upon termination, the User must delete all copies of the Software.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
