Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers in the European Union)

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions.

Right of Withdrawal – Digital Content

Our products are digital content (e.g. audio plugins, sample packs) which are delivered by download.

The right of withdrawal expires once the performance of the contract has begun after the consumer:

  • has expressly agreed that the execution of the contract begins before the end of the withdrawal period, and

  • has confirmed their knowledge that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

This consent is obtained during the checkout process.
Upon completion of the order, delivery of the digital content begins immediately.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content delivered by download, refunds are not available once the right of withdrawal has expired.

Voluntary Refunds

Independently of statutory rights, we may grant refunds in individual cases as a gesture of goodwill.

There is no legal entitlement to such voluntary refunds.

 

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the current billing period.

  • Cancellation ends future billing. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Cancelling is not a withdrawal.
  • No pro-rata refunds. We do not refund a partially used billing period, because access to the service was available to you throughout that period.
  • Unused masters from a plan expire when the paid period ends. Credits you purchased separately are a different entitlement and are not affected.
  • Right of withdrawal. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to subscription contracts. It expires once we begin performance with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right. This consent is obtained before the order is placed.
  • Voluntary refunds. Independently of your statutory rights, we may refund in individual cases as a gesture of goodwill. There is no legal entitlement to such refunds.
