What this policy covers

Some items in our store are offered as a subscription — currently the ZERRRO Mastering plans. This policy explains how you can change or cancel them.

We do not offer pre-orders or try-before-you-buy, and we do not ship physical goods. Everything we sell is digital.

Subscriptions

A subscription gives you an allowance of finished masters each month. Nothing is shipped: the allowance is added to your customer account at the start of every billing period, and you use it inside the mastering tool.

Subscription fees are always charged in advance — monthly plans every month, yearly plans every twelve months — to the payment method you provided. Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider; we do not have access to complete card details.

All our subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. After the initial term, the contract continues for an indefinite period and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, in either of these ways:

Cancelling ends future billing. You keep access, and your remaining allowance, until the end of the period you have already paid for. We confirm every cancellation by email.

Changing your plan

You can switch between plans at any time. A switch takes effect with your next billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Unused masters

Unused masters from your plan roll over into the following period for as long as your subscription is active. They expire when the subscription ends, at the end of the period you have paid for.

Credits you bought separately are not part of a plan and are not affected by starting, changing or cancelling a subscription.

If a payment fails

We may retry a failed payment. To bridge short delays, access remains available for a short grace period beyond the paid period. If payment ultimately fails, the subscription ends and any remaining plan allowance expires as described above.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. We will inform you in text form before a change takes effect, and you may cancel with effect from the date the change would apply.
