What exactly does INHALE do?
zerrro INHALE makes the reverse swell that sucks into a word – the classic “reverse reverb” trick, plus eleven more characters. Instead of bouncing, reversing and bouncing again, you pick the word and drag the finished swell into your song.
How do I get the swell into my song?
Drag it from the SWELL lane onto an audio track and place it so it ends where the word begins. With a synced length the swell is exactly that many beats long, so it snaps right onto your grid. If your DAW does not accept files dragged from plugins, use SAVE and import the WAV.
What can I use INHALE on?
Vocals of any kind, but also leads, plucks, drums and one-shots – anything with a clear start.
Does INHALE change the sound of my track?
No. INHALE only listens; your track passes through untouched and with zero latency. The swell is a new audio clip that you place yourself.
Which DAWs are supported?
Any DAW that supports VST3 (Windows/macOS) or AU (macOS) will work.
This includes: Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Cubase, Studio One, Bitwig, Reaper, Pro Tools (via wrapper), and more.
How do I install the plugin?
Your download includes a ZIP file containing the installers for macOS and Windows.
- macOS: Run the .pkg installer (AU + VST3).
- Windows: Run the .exe installer (VST3, x64 + ARM64).
The plugin will appear automatically in your DAW after installation.
