FAQ

Before you decide

Is the preview really free?

Yes. You hear the full master, compare it with your mix at matched loudness and read the measurements without an account or a card. A master only counts against your plan when you download the files.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly billing, no minimum term. Cancel from your account or on the cancellation page; the plan runs until the end of the paid period.

What happens to masters I do not use?

They roll over as long as you stay subscribed. Cancel, and the remaining balance expires with the plan. Credits you buy separately never expire.

Do I need an account?

Only to subscribe. Plans and masters are tied to your ZERRRO account so your files stay in My Masters for 12 months. Creating one takes a few seconds; previewing needs none.

Which formats do I get?

24-bit WAV and 320 kbps MP3 of the master you heard, at your chosen loudness target, true-peak safe at −1 dBTP. Download right away and by email.

Is VAT included?

Prices are in EUR. No VAT is shown (small business, § 19 UStG).
