What exactly does QUADRAND do?
zerrro QUADRAND is a 4-band multiband compressor. It splits your sound into SUB, LOW, MID and HIGH and controls each band on its own – so a loud bass does not push down the hats, and the low end stays tight while the top stays open.
What does ANALYSE do?
Choose a profile that fits your material, press ANALYSE and play your track. After a few seconds QUADRAND has heard enough: it sets threshold, ratio, attack and release of all four bands for exactly this track and locks the result. Everything stays open, so you can change any band afterwards.
What can I use QUADRAND on?
Your master, mix buses, drums, bass, 808s, vocals, synths – anything. There are profiles for mastering, nine genres, bus processing and 13 single instruments.
Does the plugin introduce latency?
Not at the default setting: QUADRAND runs with zero latency. If you switch on oversampling, a small latency is added; QUADRAND reports it to your DAW, which compensates it automatically.
Which DAWs are supported?
Any DAW that supports VST3 (Windows/macOS) or AU (macOS) will work.
This includes: Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, Cubase, Studio One, Bitwig, Reaper, Pro Tools (via wrapper), and more.
How do I install the plugin?
Your download includes a ZIP file containing the installers for macOS and Windows.
- macOS: Run the .pkg installer (AU + VST3).
- Windows: Run the .exe installer (VST3, x64 + ARM64).
The plugin will appear automatically in your DAW after installation.
